VINIFICATION
the grapes are destemmed and the fruit is then crushed. Fermentation takes place with maceration of the skins in stainless steel tanks with frequent pumping over for a period of about two weeks. Pressing is carried out after fermentation

6 – 8 months: about 20% in medium toasted french oak tonneaux and the remaining in stainless steel tanks

CHARACTERISTICS
ruby red color with violet reflections, intense and fruity nose of red fruit that recalls notes of blueberry jam, fresh strawberries and plums accompanied by sweet notes of vanilla
