Vinification Cold maceration followed by a fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Production 30.000 bottles.
Ageing Potential Best enjoyed young, preferably within 2/3 years. Tasting Notes Straw yellow colour with greenish hues. Intense and elegant to the nose with tropical fruit and citric aromas. The palate is full bodied, mineral, with a lingering fruity finish.
