VINIFICATION
the grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decanting. The fermentation takes place for about 20% of the must in medium-toasted french oak tonneaux and the remaining in stainless steel tanks

6 – 8 months: about 20% in medium toasted french oak tonneaux and the remaining in stainless steel tanks
6 – 12 months: in bottle
CHARACTERISTICS
golden yellow colour. Intense, elegant and complex aromas with fresh and fruity notes that evoke mature golden apples, acacia flowers and citrus fruit
BOUQUET
structured and fresh on the palate. The golden apple and citrus fruit notes that stand out from the range of flavours, and are enriched by elegant hints of custard and vanilla, make the wine rich and full flavoured. A long, persistent finish with mineral notes and a good correspondence from nose to mouth

best enjoyed with seafood starters and main courses, vegetarian dishes and white meat
