Cantina Mezzanotte – Lacrima di Morro d’Alba
The manual harvest of the grapes, a brief maceration on the skins for a maximum of 2/3 days and the final fermentation in steel on native yeasts give this Lacrima an intense color and a very delicate tannin. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks followed by refinement in the bottle for a few months.
Notes: Intense purplish red wine. On the nose, all the unmistakable scents of Lacrima are striking, fruity but above all floral: violet, dog rose and geranium. It is a young wine with distinctly floral and fruity notes. The mouth remains fresh thanks to a very delicate tannin.
