Ingredients: parboiled rice, pasteurized process cheese food powder (cheese blend [milk, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes], whey, salt, sodium citrate, disodium phosphate), powdered sunflower oil preparation (sunflower oil, glucose syrup, sodium caseinate, silicon dioxide), whey, natural flavor, potato starch, salt, dehydrated button mushrooms, yeast extract, onion powder, artificial truffle flavor, dehydrated black truffle granules.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a medium saucepan (8” diameter), pour 2 1⁄3 cups (550 ml) of cold unsalted water and the contents of pouch.
2 Stir and bring to a boil.
3. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 15-17 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is al dente (tender but firm) and water is completely absorbed.
Cooking time may vary depending upon the kind of the used heating source
4. Garnish with butter and cheese, if desired.
MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
In an appropriate microwaveable bowl (abt. 2 quart), pour 2 1⁄3 cups (550 ml) of cold unsalted water and add the contents of pouch. Stir well and cook at 800 W for about 16-18 minutes until water is absorbed. Garnish with butter and cheese, if desired.
The product can be consumed only once cooked.
