    Semi-finished product for the production of bread obtained by suitable mixing of the formula ingredients Ingredients: type 00 soft wheat flour, rice flour, toasted wholemeal soy flour, soft wheat germ.

    From this semi-finished product you obtain a soft, light-coloured pizza with a unique taste and long shelf life.

    “Pizza velo” is floury in appearance, white/light yellow in color.
    The product is free from anomalous odors or flavours and from foreign bodies of any nature and origin.
